Minimum Entry Requirements
QQI Level 5 certificate in related areas of study. Equivalent qualifications may also be considered. Mature applicants who have relevant experience and may not meet the above entry requirements are welcome to apply.

6M4587 Management major award may be used to access the Higher Education Links Scheme to progress to a wide range of Level 8 degrees including Human Resource Management at NCI, TUD and DBS.

Erasmus +
Students may have the opportunity to travel to another European country for three weeks’ work experience. This is a fully funded international work experience opportunity funded by the European Union through Léargas, The Exchange Bureau and Erasmus+.

Through this course you will learn that as a HR professional you can specialise in different areas including, employee relations, industrial relations, recruitment, and learning development, equality, compensation and benefits as well as HR generalist roles.
If you wish to become a business leader in the Irish national or global economy, then this course is for you. It will form an excellent platform for you to progress to university if you wish to expand your knowledge further and obtain an honours degree in HRM.
