It provides opportunity for analysis of both internal and external factors that influence the operation of an enterprise and the roles of planning and innovation within that operation. Participants of the course will gain an understanding of the traits and characteristics of a successful entrepreneur and introduce them to the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively run a business. They will investigate how to deal with complex business issues and will reflect on their own managerial strengths and areas for improvement.
