12 weeks part-time. 1 evening per week 7.00 - 10.00pm (Indicative).

All applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Lifelong Learning reserves the right to require applicants to attend for an interview to determine their suitability for the course.

On completion students will be able to identify and explain best practice in quality control system design and implementation; explain the key requirements of a Quality Management system; explain the role of a quality control system in the improvement of craftwork, and, design, operate and maintain a quality control system in a craft specific work environment.
