If you are looking to surprise your friends and family with tasty traditional dishes from Greece, then you are in the right place! There are so many people that have been impressed by Greek dishes on holidays. So, why don’t you also try this food at home? This course will cover carefully selected dishes to cover a wide range of tastes: vegetarian dishes, meat-based, treats etc. The recipes are all long known by the locals, all inherited by our previous generation. The classes will extend your own experiences and background through cooperation. You will give yourself the chance to sharpen your taste; also to learn about some other culture!

Tutor: Pagona Panagiotidi.

About the Tutor:
I have great experience with teaching as I used to be a language teacher in Greece for many years. When I moved to Ireland, some years ago, I got fully registered with the Irish Teaching Council.

I studied Professional Cookery Level 6, and became a qualified chef with a Distinction. I also have a HACCP Certificate, Level 2.

I am a native housewife with years of cooking experience behind me and a lover of Greek traditional food. As a result, I opened an online store with a selection of dry food from Greece, which runs for more than two years now. It is giorgia.ie
