Course Content:
These low impact exercises movement will help you to have more energy, improve muscle tone and feel fabulous as you age. The exercises taught in this program include: Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga and other forms of exercises. (Need Yoga mat and lots of Fun).

Taught by a Personal Health and Wellness adviser. Liz is an experienced health adviser and a scientist, she has more than fifteen years of diverse experience in the field of health/wellness and has been teaching in other CDETB colleges. Liz holds a Bachelor of food science, nutrition, and health such as exercises and mindfulness, yoga, and other practices tutor.

1. Assess the current physical activity of the participants

2. Release your stress – release stress exercises and somatic exercises release

3. Improving your aerobic fitness - Tai Chi & Qigong movements

4. Increasing your flexibility - Yoga & Pilates for health

5. Enhancing your muscular fitness - Muscular strength exercises

6. Befriend your nervous system and release chronic muscular tension, relieve chronic pain and improve your posture – somatic exercises and other mix exercises

7. Cardiovascular health – cardio exercises

8. Improve your cardiopulmonary respiratory system - Breathing exercises, Meditation, Visualization & sound healing

9. Mix of movements and exercises for joint health and arthritis

10. Mix of exercises for bone health and osteoporosis

11. Overcoming of depression, anxiety, and etc. - Mental health exercises and movement

12. Improve daily function, and sensorimotor control for osteoarthritis - Neuromuscular exercises

13. Mix of Exercise as medicine for different conditions

14. Improve your strength, increase mobility, improve coordination, stabilise joints, balance muscles, correct posture - Strength & conditioning.
