Entry Requirements
Leaving Certificate or equivalent. Must be employed in biopharma/medtech as a work-based project is required.
Careers / Further progression
Graduates can progress to the Level 7 Bachelor of Science Ordinary Degree in Good Manufacturing Practice & Technology.

Modules studies include Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics with specialist modules in Pharmaceutical Sciences, GMP,Manufacturing and Processing, Contamination Control/ Cleanroom Management and Process Evaluation.
Participants are employed in local pharmaceutical companies in the manufacture of medicinal products and the mix of academic content with their industrial training and experience is a feature of the course along with the opportunity to network with their industry peers.
The course is delivered over 4 semesters in 24 months, with six contact hours per week. The course is blended with both live online classes and on-site lab sessions.
